Bienvenidos al VII Congreso Internacional de Inspiración Femenina.

Se realizará los días 04, 05, 06 de Mayo del 2018, en Bávaro. República Dominicana. Centro de Convenciones , Hotel Barceló Bávaro Beach.

El jueves 03 será el registro en el hotel y en la noche se ofrecerá un coctail de bienvenida. El programa se anunciará más adelante.

PRECIOS

PAQUETE 3 NOCHES: Incluye la inscripción al congreso , el alojamiento (entrando el jueves 03 de mayo, a partir de las 3:00 pm y saliendo el domingo a las 12 del mediodía) en plan TODO INCLUIDO, que abarca alimentos, bebidas , snacks, minibar en habitación, propinas e impuestos.

Acomodación doble: 700 dólares por persona + 50 $ a partir del 1 de marzo

Acomodación triple: 660 dólares por persona + 50 $ a partir del 1 de marzo

Acomodación sencilla: 1,020 dólares por persona + 50 $ a partir del 1 de marzo

Las habitaciones tienen una cama King size o dos camas dobles. Si el número de personas excede de dos personas, compartirán las camas existentes.

El Hotel Barceló Bávaro Beach ha ofrecido tarifas especiales para los participantes al Congreso 3 días antes ó 3 días después del evento.

La organización del Congreso tramita exclusivamente las noches del 03, 04 y 05 de mayo.

ESTOS PRECIOS SE GARANTIZAN HASTA EL 01 DE MARZO DEL 2018, posterior a esa fecha dependerá de la disponibilidad del hotel y por tanto, puede cambiar la acomodación y las tarifas. Para garantizar la reserva del paquete seleccionado es necesario haber pagado el 01 de marzo del 2018 , el 50 % del valor total. Después de esta fecha habrá un incremento de 50 dólares del precio señalado.

Todas las reservaciones de estas habitaciones en días del Congreso serán exclusivamente a través de la organización del congreso, no a través del hotel.

SIN ALOJAMIENTO:

Precio del Congreso: 300 dólares Incluye congreso + cena de gala + refrigerios del área del congreso.

Las personas que NO se alojen en el Hotel Barceló , deberán pagar el importe diario equivalente al Day Pass US $ 60 p/p y con este pago tendrán derecho al uso de las instalaciones del hotel y disfrute de todos los alimentos y bebidas, hasta las 6:00 pm o la finalización de nuestro evento.

ACOMPAÑANTES:

Los acompañantes deberán avisar a la organización de su asistencia.

Los acompañantes que no participen en el Congreso, si desean asistir a la cena de gala, deberán avisar previamente a la organización, al inicio del evento, y abonar un suplemento de 35 $, o bien 1,800 pesos dominicanos. 

El importe de habitación de los acompañantes, para los días del Congreso, se abonará a la Organización.

TRANSPORTE: (Recomendamos llegar por el aeropuerto de Punta Cana al país)

EL transporte del Aeropuerto de Punta Cana al hotel tendrá un costo de $ 8 USA por trayecto y persona. Por favor llevar importe exacto.

En caso de llegar por Santo Domingo, el costo será de $ 55 USA, por trayecto y persona.

Información a los pasajeros : 

Diríjase, en el aeropuerto de PUNTA CANA en la terminal A, a nuestro mostrador, el #35, y en la B al #22. Ambas tienen una pantalla con el logo de Vacaciones Barceló. 

En el aeropuerto de SANTO DOMINGO nuestro representante estará al final, cerca de la puerta de salida a la calle con un letrero de Vacaciones Barceló y el logo del Congreso.

Feminine Resources and Contributions to the Needs of the Species

Welcome to the VII International Congress of Feminine Inspiration.

It will be held on May 04, 05 and 06, 2018, in the Bavaro Convention Center at Barceló Bávaro Beach Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. 

Thursday 03 will be the check in at the hotel and in the evening a welcome cocktail will be offered. The event complete program will be announced later.

PRICES

3 NIGHTS PACKAGE: Includes congress inscription, lodging (entering on Thursday, May 3, from 3:00 pm and departing on Sunday at 12 noon) with ALL INCLUSIVE plan, which includes food, drinks, snacks , Minibar in rooms, tips and taxes.

Double Accommodation: $ 700 per person, increase of $50 dollars after MARCH 1st 2018

Triple Accommodation: $ 660 per person, increase of $50 dollars after MARCH 1st 2018

Simple accommodation: $ 1,020 per person, increase of $50 dollars after MARCH 1st 2018

The rooms have a King size bed or two double beds. If the number of people exceeds two people, they will share existing beds.

The Barceló Bávaro Beach Hotel has offered special rates for participants of the Congress 3 days before or 3 days after the event, request them at the time of registration.

The organization of the Congress deals exclusively on the nights of 03, 04 and 05 of May.

THESE RATES ARE GUARANTEED UNTIL MARCH 1st 2018, after that date will depend on the availability of the hotel and therefore, can change the accommodation and rates. To guarantee the reservation of the selected package is necessary to have paid on March 1st, 2018, 50% of the total value. After this date there will be an increase of $50 dollars in the price indicated.

All reservations for these rooms will be exclusively through the congress organizers, not through the hotel.

WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION:

Price of the Congress: US$ 300 Includes congress + gala dinner + snacks from the congress area.

COMPANIONS: 

The accompanying persons must notify the organization of their assistance. 

The companions that do not participate in the Congress, if they wish to attend the gala dinner, must notify the organization in advance, at the beginning of the event, and pay a supplement of $ 35, or 1,800 Dominican pesos. 

The amount of room of the companions, for the days of the Congress, will be paid to the Organization.

The transportation from Punta Cana Airport to the hotel will cost US $ 8 per trip per person. Please bring exact amount.

 In case of arriving in Santo Domingo, the cost will be US $ 55 per trip per person.
